Ethan joined American Eagle Outfitters in 2016 as the Designer of Womens Fleece/ Active Bottoms. During his 4 as years as Lead Designer, he tripled the volume of the Fleece Tops Business and helped grow the assortment from an Online Only to a year round In-Store Business. Ethan managed all Womens Fleece + AEO Lounge Fleece (inclusive of tops/bottoms/dresses) from concept to production. Ethan specializes in trend research, color direction, garment washing/processing as well as fabric innovation.
