FIDM - DEBUT FASHION SHOW 2011
After graduating from the FIDM Fashion Design Program in 2010, Ethan Bartlett was selected along with 9 other designers to study in the Advanced Fashion Design Program. He received a full scholarship funded by Bob Mackie through FIDM to complete this program. During this 9 month intensive program, Ethan created a dual gender 14 Look collection where it was showcased in the 2011 FIDM Debut Fashion Show.
Ethan received an additional Associate of the Arts Degree upon completion of the FIDM Debut Program.
The Collection was grounded in Denim and inspired by the nightlife of Los Angeles. The Color Palette and Prints were a reflection of Ethans love for bright color and bold geometric shapes. Each piece from this collection was cut, sewn, and constructed by Ethan himself.
